I provide consultancy services to schools, mental health organisations, and charities, helping them develop effective and impactful mental health programs.
I guide these organizations in designing, implementing, and evaluating therapeutic programs that are tailored to meet the needs of diverse populations. My goal is to support these institutions in creating comprehensive mental health strategies that foster a positive and supportive environment for everyone involved.

Culturally Sensitive, Multilingual Therapy
If you’re looking for a therapist who truly understands the importance of language and culture in the healing process, you’re in the right place. I offer therapy in English, Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Urdu, and have a strong understanding of Gujarati. I am currently also learning Norsk. You will have the freedom to express yourself in the language that feels most comfortable, allowing you to share your emotions without the frustration of language barriers. You can even switch between languages during our sessions.
Whether you’re navigating the unique challenges of South Asian or Indian culture in a Western (British or Norwegian) setting, I’m here to help. I understand the cultural differences between Eastern and Western worlds, and how they can impact issues like anxiety and low mood. In our sessions, we’ll explore these issues in a way that respects your cultural values and lived experiences.
