Individual Therapy 1:1 Session

Individual therapy sessions are designed to support your and your child’s personal growth and emotional well-being.I specialise in providing 1:1 evidence based psychotherapy especially for adults, children, and teenagers (aged 8-18), focusing on personal growth and emotional well-being.As an expert in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), I help clients of all ages navigate challenges such as anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism (ASD), and emotional regulation.I closely track progress through feedback, evidence-based questionnaires, and regular reviews to ensure that therapy is making a meaningful impact on your and your child’s life.My goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you or your child can feel heard, understood, and empowered to overcome challenges, all while respecting and embracing your cultural identity.

Hi, I am Mansee.

"I help children, teenagers and adults from multilingual and multicultural families, who are struggle with anxiety and emotional ups and downs to feel better and understand their emotions through evidence based therapy.

Together, we work on developing healthier coping strategies, managing feelings effectively, and enhancing overall well-being."

I'm an accredited psychotherapist with qualifications in Counselling Psychology and over 17 years of experience in the mental health sector. I currently live in Stavanger, Norway with my husband and a toddler.

My Specialisation: I help children and teenagers from multilingual and multicultural families, who are struggling with anxiety and emotional ups and downs.

My practice is rooted in evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based approaches, ensuring that every client receives tailored care to meet their individual needs.

Culturally Sensitive, Multilingual Therapy

If you’re looking for a therapist who truly understands the importance of language and culture in the healing process, you’re in the right place. I offer therapy in English, Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Urdu, and have a strong understanding of Gujarati. I am currently also learning Norsk. You will have the freedom to express yourself in the language that feels most comfortable, allowing you to share your emotions without the frustration of language barriers. You can even switch between languages during our sessions.

Whether you’re navigating the unique challenges of South Asian or Indian culture in a Western (British or Norwegian) setting, I’m here to help. I understand the cultural differences between Eastern and Western worlds, and how they can impact issues like anxiety and low mood. In our sessions, we’ll explore these issues in a way that respects your cultural values and lived experiences.
